Molera Alvarez Expects Fairly Quick Session

CapitolRecently the Second Regular Session of the 52nd Legislature kicked off with Governor Doug Ducey’s State of the State speech. With the passage of the education trust package (Proposition 123) in the fall, it is anticipated that major budget and policies fights will be avoided in the regular session. Molera Alvarez, however, will still have a full plate dealing with K-12 education, health, tourism, universities, corrections, gaming, and tax policy issues. According to MA Partner Jaime Molera, “I am very confident we will have another successful year for our clients. The team we have at the Capitol are the best in business.”
