We are excited to welcome Francisco Pastor-Rivera as our newest team member! He will serve as an Associate, Government Relations, effective June 1st. In this role, Francisco will support the firm’s lobbying and government affairs efforts, primarily at the municipal level, while also assisting with state-level advocacy initiatives as needed. Francisco currently serves as Board President of the Phoenix Union High School District and brings valuable public sector leadership, community engagement experience, and strong relationships throughout Arizona to the firm and our clients.
