Molera Alvarez Continues to Expand Client Relationships into Local Business Development and Policy Advocacy around the Country

Kristin Greene, V.P of Federal and Local Affairs for Molera Alvarez continues to expand the Firm’s growing nationwide presence by representing client’s interests in states and municipalities around the country. Kristin met last week with the elected officials and management teams of four municipalities in Michigan on behalf of long-time Molera Alvarez client American Textile Recycling Services (ATRS) to discuss recent First Amendment related- court rulings that have changed the legal and policy landscape for the donation bin industry, which has implications for the client’s growing company.

Kristin has been working around the country to secure city ordinances favorable to ATRS and their industry. Debra Stevenson Peganyee of ATRS says “Kristin Greene and Molera Alvarez have become vital partners for our growing business. Though our original relationship was just for the City of Phoenix, we now rely on their team to guide our municipal relationships nationwide, prepare our employees and evaluate our opportunities for expansion”

In addition to cities in Michigan, Kristin is working with cities in California, Arizona, Georgia, Florida, Colorado, Indiana, Texas, Oklahoma, and at the State Legislature in Tennessee.
