Each year at the Legislature, there are attempts to infringe on tribal sovereignty over gaming, and Molera Alvarez has once again successfully pushed back against these efforts. Through our representation of the Arizona Indian Gaming Association, we have protected the interests and exclusivity of every tribe in Arizona, particularly AIGA members, ensuring they always have a seat at the table in discussions about gaming rights in the state.
