On September 13, 2015, the Honorable Claudia Pavlovich was inaugurated as the first female to be sworn in as Governor of the State of Sonora, Mexico, Arizona’s neighboring border state. Molera Alvarez Managing Partner Ruben Alvarez, was honored to be an invited guest and attend this historic event. He states “it was truly a great pleasure to witness history being made and be part of a group of distinguished leaders from Arizona and New Mexico who took part in this momentous occasion.”
