Molera Alvarez Vice President of Global Initiatives and General Counsel James Ahlers presented on the future of Arizona-Sonora regional economic collaboration last week at the U.S.-Hermosillo Real Estate Investment Summit in Sonora, a gathering of some 200 real estate specialists, institutional investors, bankers, developers and government officials from Sonora and the United States. The summit, organized by Inmobiliare and Accesso, and sponsored by the State of Sonora, among others, provided a comprehensive outlook of the real estate market and business opportunities in commercial, industrial, tourism and residential real estate in Sonora.
