Molera Alvarez partakes in Governor Ducey’s Business Leadership Summit
On May 14th, Governor Doug Ducey held a summit of Arizona’s business and community leaders to discuss long-term economic and educational improvement. Governor Ducey brought in prominent education reform leaders, Joel Klein (fmr. Chancellor of Public Schools for New York City) and Paul Pastorek (fmr. Louisiana Superintendent of Public Instruction Education). Also presenting on long-term economic growth were Arthur Brooks (President of the American Enterprise Institute) national communications consultant Frank Luntz, and Michael Bidwell (President of the Arizona Cardinals). According to Jaime Molera, “It was an outstanding event that correctly emphasized the need for meaningful education reform and sustained quality job growth for Arizona. The Governor should be lauded for bringing our top business leaders (i.e. Greater Phoenix Leadership, Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, and the Arizona Chamber of Commerce and Industry) to discuss these vital issues.”
