Oracle’s Cloud Infrastructure data center in Phoenix makes big announcement
Oracle recently announced that their Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) FedRAMP certified data center providing cloud services to the Western United States, located in Phoenix, is now interconnected with the Microsoft Azure West cloud region. With this interconnect service, customers deployed in these regions can now migrate and run mission-critical enterprise workloads across their Microsoft Azure and OCI environments with a private dedicated low-latency connection and identity federation. This will further enable customers to leverage best-of-breed cloud services in a multi-cloud approach. Oracle has been providing technology to the State of Arizona, in one capacity or another for over 35 years and the company’s technology serves critical functions in many state and local systems. Oracle helps governments at all levels boost efficiency, turn data into intelligence, and deliver breakthrough customer experiences at scale using a secure cloud platform and applications built from decades of experience working in the public sector.
