On May 31st, the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce (GPCC) held their annual Legislative Wrap-Up Breakfast which included: Arizona Senate President Steve Yarbrough, Arizona Speaker of the House J.D. Mesnard (who received GPCC’s Legislator of the Year Award from CEO/Pres. Todd Sanders and VP of Public Affairs Mike Huckins as pictured above), Arizona Senate Minority Leader Katie Hobbs, and Arizona House Minority Leader Rebecca Rios. As Chairman of the Chamber’s Public Affairs Committee,
