Molera Alvarez Hosts Meet & Greet for Phoenix Fire Chief

On April 6, 2022, Molera Alvarez had the honor of organizing a Meet and Greet reception for the City of Phoenix’s newest Fire Chief. Chief Mike Duran III is the City’s 31st Fire Chief and has served in every position on the department. He is a native of Phoenix and joined the Phoenix Fire Department in 1994. His family has a rich history of serving the community and our nation. Both of Chief Duran’s grandfathers had careers with the City of Phoenix, one in the Parks and Recreation Department and the other in Public Works.

Mike’s father also worked for the City and retired as an Assistant Chief with the Phoenix Fire Department. Prior to his promotion to Fire Chief, Mike served as the Assistant Chief over the Medical Support Services Division, which oversees medical, community integrated health and paramedic services.
