During the past legislative session, Molera Alvarez worked with our client CollegeBoard, to expand educational opportunities for Arizona students by modernizing the state’s testing requirements. This effort allows students, parents, and schools to access statewide assessments that utilize the latest and most accurate testing technologies available. Thanks to the diligent work of our team and longtime education advocate Penny Kotterman, HB2540 was successfully passed and signed into law.
