Hill International, one of Molera Alvarez’s clients, has announced that Michael Smith will be the new President of the company’s Americas Region. The promotion comes after 25 years of service with the company, as Smith previously served as Hill’s Senior Vice President and Western Regional Manager. In this new role, Smith will manage Hill’s Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, Western, and Latin American regions and be responsible for business development efforts and operational functions. Gregory Heinz, Hill’s current Vice President and Operations Manager, has been promoted to undertake Smith’s previous position as the new Senior Vice President and Western Regional Manager. In this position, Heinz will oversee Hill’s work in the Western U.S., including supervising Hill’s operations and offices in Arizona, California, Texas, Colorado, and Latin America.
