Margie Emmermann Honored by Four Governors for Two Decades of Service to Arizona
Former Governor Jane Dee Hull led a distinguished group of Arizona business and political leaders at a November 18 reception honoring Margie Emmermann, who is retiring after 20 years of state service. Ms. Emmermann served Governors Fife Symington, Jane Hull and Janet Napolitano before assuming her current position as Arizona-Mexico Commission Executive Director and Policy Advisor for Mexico and Latin America to Governor Jan Brewer. In addition to serving multiple Governors as Policy Advisor for Mexico, Ms. Emmermann also headed the Arizona Department of Commerce and Arizona Office of Tourism. Governor Hull presented Ms. Emmermann with a joint proclamation from the four Governors honoring her two decades of service.
