Latino Leaders Network’s 43rd Tribute to Mayors Dinner
The Latino Leaders Network hosted its 43rd Tribute to Mayors Dinner on January 28, 2026, at The Westin DC Downtown in Washington, DC, alongside the U.S. Conference of Mayors Winter Meeting. The event convened mayors, elected officials, community advocates, and national partners from across the country.
Kansas City Mayor Quinton Lucas received the Antonio Villaraigosa Leadership Award for his commitment to uniting diverse communities. Remarks were delivered by Oklahoma City Mayor and U.S. Conference of Mayors President David Holt; former Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa; New Orleans Mayor Helena Moreno, the city’s first Hispanic mayor; LLN Chairman Mickey Ibarra; and LLN CEO Ruben Alvarez.
