Latino Leaders Network hosts Tribute to Mayors

On Wednesday, January 19, 2022, in Washington, DC, the Latino Leaders Network (LLN) convened the 35th Tribute to Mayors event where Mayor Ron Nirenberg of San Antonio was honored with the Antonio Villaraigosa Leadership Award. First established in 2004, the Tribute to Mayors event is convened during the U.S. Conference of Mayors (USCM) winter and summer meetings. The Antonio Villaraigosa Leadership Award is presented to a mayor from a city with a significant Latino population who has exhibited an outstanding commitment to bringing diverse communities together.
