Invest in Kansas Webinar Hosted by Business Partners Hermosillo

On March 16, Molera Alvarez worked with the Kansas Regional Center to bring information about investment and business opportunities in Kansas to a group of business leaders from Sonora, Mexico. Along with our Sonora partners Ana Maria Araque-Proto and Antonio Proto of  DPA Consulting, we organized a presentation for Business Partners in Hermosillo, a networking group for entrepreneurs and business leaders from a variety of industries. The 31 attendees learned about the benefits and requirements of the EB-5 immigrant investor visa program, which enables foreign nationals who invest at least $900,000 USD and create 10 U.S. jobs to obtain permanent residency in the U.S. for themselves and their immediate family. Attendees also gained information about investment opportunities in aerospace, a major economic driver in Kansas, as well as familiarization with Kansas’s business environment. Now more than ever Mexican business owners are looking to internationalize their businesses and gain easier access to doing business and pursuing higher education, investment, and real estate opportunities in the U.S., and we are here to help connect you to these businesses.
