In May, the City of Phoenix welcomed a delegation of technology firms from Hermosillo, Sonora, led by Cruz Javier Salazar, President of CITIC Sonora, the technology cluster for the region. Molera Alvarez organized several key meetings for the delegation, with prominent city officials like Hank Marshall, Executive Officer, City of Phoenix Community and Economic Development; Ruth Soberanes, Director Trade and Investment, Greater Phoenix Economic Council; and Ana Salido, International Trade and Investment Specialist, ProMexico. Additionally, delegates attended the Cybersecurity Summit of the Arizona Technology Council (ATC), where Steve Zylstra, ATC President & CEO, and Cruz Salazar signed a Memorandum of Understanding for their organizations to collaborate on regional opportunities.
