Arizona Bar Recognizes International Law Section CLE Program
The International Law Section of the State Bar of Arizona, co-led by Molera Alvarez General Counsel James Ahlers, has been selected to receive the Bar’s Presidential Award for excellence in CLE programming. The Section was selected for its upcoming June 2017 State Bar Convention program, “Terrorists, Torts & Trade: Prosecuting and defending claims implicating foreign sovereign immunity.” The program will include such distinguished faculty as Judge Roslyn O. Silver of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona and Dr. Boris Kozolchyk, Founding Director & Director of Research, National Law Center for Inter-American Free Trade. James is the incoming chair of the International Law Section for the 2017-2018 year.
