AHCCCS Settlement Finalized with Mercy Care Plan
Mercy Care Plan, a client of Molera Alvarez, is proud to have reached a fair and equitable settlement with the State of Arizona’s AHCCCS Division regarding the contract for Arizona’s Long Term Care System (ALTCS). Mercy Care was awarded a three-year continuation of care, with an option to extend, for the long-term care and coordination of services in the Central Geographic Service Area and Pima County. This settlement will allow many across the state to maintain access to the high-quality care and services that they and their families have come to trust and depend on. The settlement follows a thorough review of AHCCCS procurement policies. Molera Alvarez was proud to provide strategic guidance and support throughout the process, resulting in an outcome that not only enhances the quality of care across all levels of AHCCCS procurement but also promotes the transparency and accountability that Arizonans deserve from their state’s Medicaid agency.
