AZSTA Awards $6.3 Million to Youth and Amateur Sports

Molera Alvarez proudly recognizes our client, the Arizona Sports and Tourism Authority (AZSTA), for awarding a record $6.3 million in grants to 36 organizations supporting youth and amateur sports programs across Maricopa County.

The grants will fund projects that enhance access to safe, high-quality recreational spaces for children all over the state. Since its inception in 2001, AZSTA has awarded more than $39 million across 700 projects, fulfilling the promise made to Maricopa County voters through Proposition 302. “AZSTA is proud to partner with these worthy non-profits and schools whose youth and amateur sports programs positively impact the lives of thousands of Arizonans,” said AZSTA Board Chair Kim Grace Sabow.

Molera Alvarez applauds AZSTA’s leadership and continued commitment to investing in the health, wellness, and future of Arizona’s communities. To learn more about the recipients of this grant, click here. To learn more about AZSTA, please click here.
