Dinner with Mexican Ambassador Esteban Moctezuma
The Phoenix Committee on Foreign Relations (PCFR), in partnership with the Consulate of Mexico in Phoenix, hosted a dinner for the Ambassador of Mexico to the U.S., Esteban Moctezuma, at the Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at the Montelucia on October 14. Molera Alvarez attended the event, along with its clients, which brought together dignitaries from across Arizona, including Congressman Greg Stanton, Mexican Consul in Phoenix Jorge Mendoza Yescas, Mesa Mayor John Giles, Scottsdale Mayor David Ortega, Canadian Honorary Consul for Arizona Glenn Williamson, and other notable community leaders. Ambassador Moctezuma provided remarks about the importance of increasing North American competitiveness by maintaining a strong bilateral relationship between Mexico and the U.S. He also shared his vision for Arizona and Mexico’s shared economic future and how we can further the already deep cultural and economic ties between our regions.
