Jaime A. Molera facilitated an in-depth conversation on the state of Arizona’s Medicaid and healthcare system with Senator Kate Brophy McGee at the Mercy Care Board Annual Retreat. Senator Brophy McGee, who is Arizona Senate Health and Human Services Chairwoman, spoke about how we built “the Gold-Standard of Medicaid systems,” but it is incumbent for policymakers, health plans, and our business community to continue improving access to quality care and outcomes for Medicaid recipients, in an integrated and efficient manner. Molera noted, “Arizona is indeed fortunate to have this incredible leader.
