On April 2nd, the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Arizona Legislature’s Latino Caucus hosted “Arizona-Mexico Trade: Strengthening Ties, Strengthening Economies”. Panel moderator Ray Schey, Publisher for the Phoenix Business Journal led a wide-ranging discussion regarding the current state of Arizona-Mexico trade, as well as examining the future of two way trade between Arizona and Mexico, our largest international trading partner. Margie appeared on the panel with Gonzalo de la Melena, President & CEO, Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce; Michael Patterson, shareholder, Polsinelli PC; Erik Lee, Executive Director, North American Research Partnership; Kevin O’Shea, Vice President, Arizona Commerce Authority. Latino Caucus Chair, Senator Catherine Miranda, was eloquent in her remarks about the importance of Arizona’s relationship with Mexico.
