2015 League of Arizona Cities and Towns Conference Supported by MA
Molera Alvarez was proud to be a sponsor of the 2015 League Conference. This annual conference brings together several hundred elected city officials from all over Arizona to learn about current topics impacting cities and towns and gives sponsors an opportunity to meet face to face with municipal officials. This year topics included Helping Arizona’s Veteran Population, Marijuana Legalization: Colorado’s Experience, Business Beyond the Borders, and Water Issues: The Crisis in California and Its Impact on Arizona. The programs are designed to expand the story beyond what we read in the local paper, or hear on the local news cast. The conference provides the participants an opportunity to network and share what is happening in their communities.
Included in photo above are Water Issues participants; Arizona Department of Water Resources (ADWR) Director Tom Buschatzke, Molera Alvarez VP Claude Mattox and Chandler City Councilman Rick Heumann (President of The Arizona Municipal Water Users Association AMWUA).
