All propositions (General Plan, Home Rule, Electronic Payments, Pension Reform and Transportation) were supported by resounding majorities. Proposition 104, extending the existing transit tax, adding an additional 3/10 cent to expand the light rail and bus system and including funding for streets maintenance and improvements was the most controversial of the propositions, but passed with a 55% majority.
